This is the diary with what took place in November. I'm happy, I enjoyed it very much and I feel good. The novelty is the input Triathlon in Bergamo, the team which I dared to knock on the door until you have completed the duathlon of Issus as an amateur. The reason for this is simple: it is the physicist who asks me, with multidisciplinary feels better and one way is not enough anymore. I also think that it is an experience to learn the different mental approach, especially for me that I have ever experienced the pleasure of moderate exercise and prolonged (which of course will continue to do :-) The first contacts with the new team I liked: I found nice people and people of a particular human wealth. And sporting very strong: it will be tough, but we like and then we try the same :-)
