Tired of the rain ..........

Sono stanca della pioggia, stanca dell'inverno e del freddo, sono stanca di dover uscire tutta imbaccuccata, stanca della nebbia, insomma......voglio la primavera!!!!
Con il suo sole che ci riscalda e rende le giornate piacevoli, ho voglia di vedere l'erba rigogliosa e le semplici margherite e viole che fanno capolino, i giardini che iniziano a mostrare macchie di colore ovunque,profumi che si espandono nell'aria e con solo il respiro si sente che la primavera è arrivata!!!
Sono alcuni giorni che qui da noi piove ed io invece vorrei colore e fiori e non grigiore perciò.........

Wonder not for my work, but ... for all that is in it (too bad though that I can not find that cutting of fabric that I need to make a quilt ... and say that I emptied out to find him. Mah .. who knows where I put !!!).

with flowers in a heart felt, the roses have been inflated in my opinion and although I find them everywhere and beautiful so why not create in different flowers?? I tried to make simple flowers with small petals and this is what came out.

The leaves are unusual because the yarn I used to work in irons, but I find it so cute and indicated to the point that I have used it for other hearts but .......... ..... that's another story!! Good

Saturday I was in Riolo Terme, together with my better half went to see Nikki and Luke and that is my daughter and her partner and feel that while we were chatting on the phone I get a message, ok I say "in a while 'I read it "and ... I find myself when I decide to read a blog post by Gloria's "lost time" (by now you should know that we live one upon the other!) that my heart tells me that the magazine is really pretty.
I answer "but that magazine??"
She kindly sent me another message with the name of the magazine, so on Saturday afternoon out together for a ride I stopped in the one newsstand magazine in the country but ... nothing!
I can assure you that curiosity was a lot but unfortunately I had to wait!
At noon yesterday, we came back home and arrived at Imola (the first town that is down from Riolo) we tried to stand and fortunately had the magazine.

Tempo fa parlando con la mia dolce metà gli mostrai questo schema spiegando che era nato per  un ricamo ad intaglio, però è una cosa che a me non piace fare e così tra una chiacchiera e l'altra abbiamo pensato ( per essere sinceri lui ha ideato questa tecnica, è l'artista di casa) di fare qualcosa che sembrasse intaglio ma che intaglio non è!!
Banalmente ho chiamato questa mia tecnica  "Finto Intaglio"e questi sono i ricami nei particolari.
